BSBSearch Interview Coaching Process Includes:

Assessment

 

A full assessment is made of client’s job search strategy, specific position interest and interview style; recommendations are made to help achieve client goals.


Resume Enhancement

 

Overview and discussion of resume with emphasis on identifying key strengths and successes, and then developing an alignment of experience and background for the positions being targeted.


Preparation

 

Strategic Focus for Presentation – Identifying and reviewing client’s background and experience with eye towards emphasizing accomplishments and successes relevant to key aspects of specific position requirements (current position being pursued); attention to articulation and presentation style; recommendations for overall presentation and interaction with potential Interviewer. 


Mock Interviews

 

Engage in mock interview either for general training or for positions currently being pursued. This process would emphasize specific areas for improvement during mock interview experience. 


Follow-Up

 

After the last planned session, there will be opportunities for follow up discussions about future interviews to review issues arising from actual interviews.
